Alright so I have a few questions that may be some of you can answer. I've got two dualshock 4 that I'm trying to repair. One of them, when you press the ps button pulses a white light but doesn't charge nor does it connect by USB to the PC. The other doesn't do anything. No lights, no connection by USB and no charging. I've replaced the batteries because of how old they are, but the problem is the same for both. I'm thinking that changing the USB on the blinking controller will fix the no charge issue but the other, I don't know. Maybe the motherboard to the controller? Any suggestions on these two.

Are you trying to charge on the pc? The controllers won't charge thru the pc, you need to get a power brick like 5v 2.4a or charge thru a dedicated charging device like sony has for the ps4 or thru the console. Try the reset button on the back of the controller and you can reset the controller thru the ps4 settings.

Would they charge on the PS5? Didn't know that.
