Wii 75%! PS3 gets 25% due to lbp. ( 20% due to lbp, 5% due to COD 4. Other than that the ps3, bleah. ) Wii wins hands down

If you're looking for more of a family-fun console, Wii. If you're not interested about Blu-Ray or built-in WiFi etc, 360, if you want to play PS2 games i'd reccomend a 60GB PS3 which has Backwards Compatability for PSX/1 / PS2

It depends what you like - Wii is geared towards families, so if you like playing games with your family its great, and the cheapest option. ( I am not saying the wii is pure casual)
But then its between the 360 and PS3, for more hardcoreness. I cant decide between them, they both have good exculusives and features.

If you're really into multiplayer, then the 360 and the extra $50 a year for XBL Gold is worth it.

If you own a PSP and are into PSP multiplayer (Unless you use ADHOC daily) but want to play most 360 games, a PS3 is pretty good.

If you want a PS2 you might as well get a PS3 since it has more features and games.

IMO, the Wii has the most potential, but not many games use the Wii to its potential.

If you're the kind of guy that loves watching blu-ray movies and playing online multiplayer, PS3 is the way to go.

If you're into a currently huge library of kickass games, and don't mind paying for multiplayer, XBOX360 for you.

If you like playing games in a whole new way and are on a budget, Wii it is.

Don't even consider PS2. You're better off playing a PSP.

I was in your position once. I picked the PS3 and never looked back since.

I bought my PS3 as a gaming console and I use it that way. I only bought one Blu-ray movie in last 2 years. (I rented a couple though, because they cost the same as DVD to rent)

I picked all of them but the Wii.

Once I move into my new place I'm gonna start netflixing bluray stuff so I have had a PS3 since the start of Feb this year and not one BR movie yet in it, it's all games and a little of the web.

I voted PS3 just to level stuff out, but long term on this cycle I'd give it to Wii.

I've fallen in love with my PS3.

Game sharing is the closest thing to pirating we get, though.

But I can't argue that I have 25 games on my PS3 HDD, and only bought maybe 6 or 7 of them.

I only have... 3 disk games. Little Big Planet, Killzone 2 (Wish I wouldn't have bought it though. Bit of a letdown. Warhawk is much better.) and Burnout Paradise.

Technically I have 5, but I don't like acknoleging the fact I own Sonic the Hedgehog and Marvel Ultimate Alliance.

I saw the poll of my topic who voted for the video game console. Anyway, here the stats for today:

PlayStation 3 - 16 votes - rank first in that poll
Xbox 360 - 14 votes - rank 3rd
Wii - 16 votes - rank 1st
PlayStation 2 - 15 votes - rank 2nd
