try to rename the extension RAP to lower case. The on the fly activation doesnt work well with .RAP files, just with .rap ones.

oh wow i never read that before so i been resigning them thinking the whole system didn't work

I give up.
If it's not asking for the license, it is giving that 800100007 error.
I've installed with both everything resigned. I've installed with just the rap installed.
I've tried a bunch of things, but i can't get there.
I can play ISO from multiman.
That's a win.

What the heck?!?!?
I've renamed all RAP files to rap and
IT WORKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
1 week trying and trying and just that simple touch.
