hello so i have a 160gb ps3 slim, when you place a dvd in the drive it accepts it and loads it in powers the laser up and spins the disc up to speed, then the blue light on the eject button goes out and the disc stops spinning. at this point you can no longer eject the disc and have to do the manual eject to retrieve the disc. any ideas on how to fix this issue? it is the drive with 3 ribbons and one underneath the drive. all ribbons are securely in place and have no kinks or damage any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance Wolverine Forgot to mention this console has never been modded, it is 4.46 OFW
