Hardware Ps3 Overheating Warning!!

Hey I have been playing life is Strange on the ps3 (SLIM) and got an overheating warning. the CPU was 68% and the other was at 89%. Should I Maybe get some new thermal paste on it or crack up the fan?

any other tips people recommend.

If it was a Phatty, I'd say the thermal paste between the IHS has dried up.

What you could do is check for dust and apply new thermal paste.
If that didn't help, well, I'm afraid your thermal paste has dried up.

I have used webman to turn up the fan it has gotten a lot louder I have never taken apart a slim just ylod phattys. Do the Slims YLOD?
