Let me guess you promised to get your friend a PS3 for Christmas?! lol

You may need to insert a couple of HOUSE BRICKS taped together in there to give the WEIGHT of a PS3 if your going to give it as though it was real wrapped up etc

so you are actually giving him the actually ps3 right? cause id be hilarious if you just gave him the paper.

the model is amazing. Great job.

that is really cool lol. I wish i had the patience to do something like that. I'd also like to know cardboard or real?

Pretty awesome. Would've been cool if you made the Playstation Sign on the PS3 raised and moveable, the controller buttons/analog raised, and printed colour photos for the game cases.. and maybe even be able to open them and write them your own little something disguised as an instruction manual.. LOL. But then that might take another few hours. But still, awesome nonetheless. Good job.

Thanks for the compliments everyone!
But to make things clear for you all:

In The Netherlands (where i live) we have "pakjesavond" (presentevening) on 5 dec.
And therefor you 'have' to make a suprise (a fake present with something in it)
So i have made this ps3 out of cardboard and his present are socks

(inside the ps3)
So it's kinda funny.

But he will buy a ps3 in a month anyway

So it's not that hard to get a fake one.

Btw i have made it out of very thin but powerfull cardboard, and using my ps3 as example,
i have measured a lot, draw it out, and cut it out of the cardboard

hehe cool!

My friend once made a box of Majora's Mask out of a N64 box (you know, where the N64 is in when you buy it).
Because he knew I wanted that game very bad. (I never got it though

Amazing!

That sounds like a very interesting (and FUN) tradition! Around here we just make pretty boxes/bags and put the gifts inside of those

Also, first page of comments and only one partial-ps3 has no games joke? Shock and/or awe.
