Hacking PS3 Jailbreak 4.81

I'm dieing to find a working jailbreak, I literally can't find it ANYWHERE and it's driving me crazy.
Can anyone tell me if this site is legit? There's a lot of comments on it I guess I can give it a try?

There is no working jailbreak above 3.55 that doesn't require extra hardware to downgrade the ps3 back to 3.55 simply put you have to have it hardmodded to enable it to be hacked and it doesn't work on about half the 2.5k models and anything newer. If you want to jailbreak run the min version check pup on your console. It will tell you the lowest version your ps3 supports. If 3.55 or lower you can downgrade for cfw. Otherwise you are out of luck

It's a fake. All you can do is to let your PS3 hardmod. - Or you buy a Nor Flasher and downgrade it yourself.
I'm sending my PS3 to a hardmod service. It's cheap. 30 bucks to downgrade it.
