Ps vita trying to update all apps and homebrew gone help!

I just booted my system up after playing it for 2 days straight and I it said that I had to update the console to use the memory card. All my homebrew apps and games are gone and I don't know what to do. Do I update then downgrade again or something else. I also don't have the henkaku settings in the setting app either.
