I haven't used my PS Vita in a while (a few months maybe?) but yesterday when I tried booting it up, it froze a few seconds after starting. I managed to get to the LiveArea, but it seems to be more of a time issue than a "freezes on LiveArea" issue, since sometimes if I take too long in the opening paper thing, it freezes there.
This only happens when I try to launch the Vita normally, launching it while holding down L is fine, but I kinda can't really use it like that, also holding down PS + R works too, but again, same problem.
Also, taking out my SD2Vita SD Card/adapter makes it launch fine (but again, same issue.)
I'm trying out some things myself but figured I should make a post in case I don't manage to get it fixed myself, and if nothing else then it might help someone with the same problem in the future.
What I've tried so far:
Uninstalling all non-necessary plugins
Rebuild YAMT database
Checked and configured YAMT settings
I guess it is possible that I just didn't dig deep enough on these solutions, though I doubt it.
