Hacking PS vita Bluetooth visible to other devices

I have a PS Vita Fat - 3.65 I really need a feature that does not exist in PS Vita.
I need it to be visible to other bluetooth devices and I noticed that nobody created the vpk for that.
Is there anything I can read to learn in order to have this functionality?
Or does this already exist and I still don't know?
