PS VITA 1000 NO DISPLAY

I recently bought a ps vita 1000, the screen is cracked, but it is not showing a display and no sound, I figured it was bricked so i replaced the motherboard and there’s still no display, idk if it’s the lcd because it’s cracked or something I’m missing

Does it turn on? Does the blue light stays while there's no image on the screen?
If the lcd is damaged, it could be a reason why it doesn't show anything, though could be a blown fuse but since you've changed the MB,i don't think it's the problem. The no sound part might indicate a power issue, the speakers are dead (less likely) or it needs a functional display in order to work?
You could try with another lcd replacement (be careful with those ribbon cables), if the system still can't power on after that, then get a new power button.
Honestly i would suggest getting another one, unless somehow it's not an option for you. You still have to find a screen replacement (and possibly other components), so getting a new working one is the option imo.

Sorry, I meant to say blue. That's strange i'm not sure how a bricked system would act but, was the system listed as parts-only and you got a deal on it, cause if not just return the damn thing and ask for a refund, as you shouldn't be dealing with this.

Seeing as you've replaced the motherboard, this would indicate a battery issue OR software (i.e. take out mem cards)....
