Misc Proxy Issue when not using proxy

I am not connecting through a proxy but it wiimmfi keeps giving me this error. I'm guessing this is because I am hosting a tor relay on my network. I would understand if I was running a tor exit node however my tor relay doesn't allow exits though my ip address thus it shouldn't be blocking me from connecting. Is my only solution to not run a tor relay?
