Hacking Proper upgrading of Configurable USB Loader

Good day, I bought a Wii few years ago, it's already softmoded with Configurable USB Loader. I haven't used it for months until now.. I just found out that the version of CFG is still v52. I believe there's a v70 already, what is the proper upgrading method? Should I just download the v70, extract and overwrite everything? Thanks in advance..

Yeah just overwrite the old version. And don't forget to update the cIOS to d2x v6, the d2x thread is sticky.

cfg can be updated from within the program itself, no hassle at all. Just press 1 for options and go from there.

Thanks for the tip. I just modded my Wii and had heard you could update it through the program itself, but did not see the option to do so until I read this post. I appreciate it!
