Back on track - I really hope its not the iTouch -
1. It's a budget card - why replace the firmware with something ubergood?
2. Doesn't work very well, I don't think it would run Menudo properly

So, you are saying that its cheap, so it doesn't deserve it huh? And you should improve on something that is already awesome into something that is a little more awesome instead of making a weak cart much better? And it works well FYI, I can play most games very well with some occasional DIY patching for games that other carts can't play too.

But I wouldn't want it to be for iTouch too for a simple reason. Most other people use other carts so I think SoulAnger can show his potential better making it for more used carts.

Eh, I don't want to read 103 pages, so I ask if someone mentioned that in the preview video you can see that the filebrowser shows up a folder "__ak", so may it will be for acekards?!

I hope there will be a lot of more updates to MENUdo and I hope it will be for acekards because I'm looking for an alternative to DSOrganize and also to DSKiosk, some kind of a launcher. Those apps are only running with fat errors on ak2i + dsi.

Acekard is one of soulanger's flashcarts that he uses for development, it could be any of the flashcarts he owns, or maybe one he doesn't yet.

I don't think it's going to be the Acekard, though. With 2 firmwares, I don't think it needs another.

However, the AK team hasn't been reporting... maybe they have an "ace card" (I really didn't see that one coming!) up their sleeves.

thanks to akaio making ak2 immensely popular, team acekard have been going on quite a few holidays recently...
they've been annoyingly hard to get a hold of

Acekard is one of soulanger's flashcarts that he uses for development, it could be any of the flashcarts he owns, or maybe one he doesn't yet.

If someone develops an application on a system, the possibility is really high that it will be published on that system.

MENUdo do not replace the whole system, only the menu and maybe there will be somekind of a interface for most cards to plug the loader into MENUdo. It is like akaio and the moonshell linker.

There are sooo many menus on sooo many flashcards, I think the best would be that one menu could be used for all flash cards, that would fuse the community. The best thing would be that every flashcard factory release only the loader and gives support to it and the other stuff would be done by MENUdo.

Hang on a bit - I see there's AKRPG,AK2 & Ak2i, also itouch & itouch 2 being tested - but why only the DSTT - what about the DSTTi ??

If you need someone to test on the DSTTi - I'm willing (if only to get hold of a sneak preview copy to see what it's like

Not entirely true, I could develop for Mac on my Windows Machine but would the Mac program be published on my PC? No. You apparently do not know the aspects of DS Programming, not only must it work on the DS Console itself, but it must be able to launch on the current FlashCarts, Not just one, Soulanger is giving Homebrew Loading to the current cards, That means he must have the firmware files and card to make sure that the launcher works correctly with that card. This does not mean at all that he's developing the commercial for that one, It could be any card out there or new ones. If I have an R4 and an AK2 and I start developing a MENUdo knockoff does that mean I'm giving the R4 or AK2 commericial Loading if some company asks to give rom loading to their card, no, not unless it was those cards and since they already have commercial loading I highly doubt it would be them, especially since AK2 already has a good loader for it called AKAIO and R4 being dead.

And to whoever asked about the DSTTi, I don't believe that Soulanger has a DSTTi and I believe that the same code should work on the DSTTi as the DSTT so it should be fine. As for testing, idk, Soulanger would have to be the one to think about that XD

That was me & I was joking (hence the

) - it would've been nice to be a BETA tester of MENUdo & get a sneak preview over how it works/looks etc, but SoulAnger must have enough testers who are much better at assisting him than me by now
