Program like Sticky Notes that supports pictures?

Is there a Windows program that functions like Sticky Notes does, but with support for pictures? I have a picture of my old dog that I wanted to keep on my desktop, but I have a cycling desktop wallpaper and don't want to lose that feature. Any ideas or help?

EDIT: Nevermind. I found Notezilla shortly after posting this. I like it!

    3ds still seems to be an emulation powerhouse with little to counteract it (what are you going to use? A phone... hah). To that end second hand prices are likely to remain for a while

    The 3D effect was nice to begin with, but even Nintendo stopped putting it into games.
