In 6 months you can learn japanese and play all originals. so why wait for the translation?
Riiight. Six months might be enough to learn Hiragana and Katakana and order in a restaurant, but to be able to fluently read and understand the language (not to mention Kanji!) you'll need to learn for at least a year and that's a minimum.

Ontopic; I'm really looking forward to this game.
besides... you can spend your whole life speaking english and still not be able to see through word riddles... so even if you can pick up basic japanese in 6 months, you would have barely grasped the intricacies necessary to enjoy this gem of a puzzle game in its native and raw form.

I just saw a vid from...IGN I think....?

Anyway, Layton's voice is a bit deeper, like when he says, "Luke, here's my answer". I hope it doesn't seem like that in the whole game.

We knew it was coming but didn't know when. At least we've got an estimate now, but really another 6 months?! I suppose it is very text heavy, and they've got to get the wording just right for the puzzles to make sense. Still, the wait would be easier if the game weren't so damn good! I guess that's a compliment to the developers.

Don't worry, those 6 months are going to feel like one day.

I would have sold my console already if it wasn't for those few fun and original games that come out. There's a lot of mediocre games out there, even some that somehow manage to stand above the rest (like Starfy, damn you Starfy!).

The way that is in a puzzle is also a correct way for an unfolded box (just not common...but that is why is use for the puzzle). Is tricky...took me awhile, but you got to follow the other of regular folding and then break your mind over the darn picture placement.
