Hacking Probs with DSTTi on DS Lite

I have a DSTT card for my kids DS Lite and find that I get about a 50% strike rate with any games I load onto it. With the rest, when u try to load the game from the menu is freezes and u need to reboot the DS. Which games work / dont work is consistent but generally the old games sem to have a better chance than the newer ones.

Is this just a case of the DS Lite not being able to handle these games, or should I change something?

I also have an R4 card which I use in a DSi and this never has problems.

jeez another one.... well here is how to fix that without buying a new micro sd as thats not it.

right from dstt site faq

Q Why SDHC unstable sometimes?
A Because Window the format card with Fat32 and the defuault unit is 4K
Suggest User can try below operation: In Dos command type
4G card format I:/fs:fat32 /a:32K enter default 4K change 32K
8G card format I:/fs:fat32 /a:64K enter default 4K change64K
I: disk sign if your disk sign is F, then change format F: 1G and 2G with Fat format

unless you really mess up your micro sd then buy a new one but what you said id say use this .

This format type is just to improve a little bit the access time speed for bad microSD!!!

Buy a good microSD with a good access time speed, and you will never need to format in a special cluster size or anything like that!
