ROM Hack Problems Writing ROMS into my G6.pLIZ help..

well,im new here.Hope im in the right site to ask this.
I install the G6 U-Disk Manager ,and i copy the Children Of Mana.nds.dsq ,Children Of Mana.nds.sav(Which i rename them into Children Of Mana.dsq and Children Of Mana.sav) from my cousin's Super card.
But,the G6 U-Disk Manager cant open them.
Is there any way to convert those .dsq and .sav files into .nds files?
Or,Is there any free sites to download .nds files ROMS?
I need help/..
