Hacking problems w/ preloader and wad manager

hello all,

i've updated successfully my wii to SM4.0 following the "ultimate guide" found on this forum, but now I've some minor issue maybe someone can guide me to solve. lurking around was no lucky for me.

1) in preloader (v0.29, with IOS v60, systemmenu v418) i got errors about not findings file on the SD, or not finding the hacks.ini, or not finding the SD at all

2) wad manager isn't working anymore (it returns always "error ret = -1"). it was correctly working before the update

have you tried reformatting the SD card?

Basically you don't have the correct ini file for your system version.

i format the SD before following the guide, and i moved some channel on that and it's working without problems. Also every homebrew goes like a charm. So I haven't thougth a new formatting could be useful, but maybe I can try.

Any hint on formatting?

Basically you don't have the correct ini file for your system version.

unluckily it doesn't seem to be the same problem: i'm using too information for hacks.ini found on wiibrew.org (PAL version) and i've tried both with a 2gb SD and (a new) 4gb SDHC, same problem with both.

I think I solved both problem:

for the preloader by reistalling (but I still got som minor issue)

for the wad manager with this:
