Okay
The IOS.wad file is in your root so right-click and copy this into the wad folder.
So now you should have two IOS36 files on your SD card, one on the root and one in the wad folder.
Place SD back in wii and open Trucha Bug Restorer using the Homebrew Channel.
Press left or right till it sits on IOS15. Press A and wait.
Then choose IOS36 Menu.
Set all options to yes.
Set Install to slot to IOS36 (not IOS249).
Then choose Install hacked IOS36.
Follow the prompts and press A for SD Card whenever it asks.
Exit to Wii Menu when finished.

After you are done with that follow the instuctions on installing cIOSx Rev19 IOS249 Base IOS38. When you finish installing cIOSx Rev19 check if your IOS36-64-3094.wad is in the Wad folder and then go to Wad Manager and do the following:
Choose IOS249 and push A 3 times.
Find your IOS36-64-3094.wad file
Install the .wad
Push the Home button to go back to main menu.

For your NAND backup question: No, it won't matter. If you have Boot-Mii as Boot2 it is best to do a NAND backup. If you have Boot-Mii as IOS (like I do) you can choose to do a NAND backup or not.

Yea I did, it shows the title screen on the disk channel. Will I try and see if it works? Didn't want to try unless you said in case I screwed it up somehow (knowing my luck I would)

Yea well darkcorp basically changes every IOS in your Wii so it's not recommended to use. There is no way for you to follow my instuctions so you will have to skip the Trucha Bug step...

I'm also guessing you have a Mod Chip installed in your Wii? Because if you are running a backup game, you wouldn't be able to load it through the Disc Channel. Try the game to see if it works, won't hurt your Wii or anything.

To install your cIOSx use cboot2 to run the cios installer from bootmii.

Right, which one is cboot2? Got into bootmii
And no, I dont have a modchip
Tried the game, the titles load but then when I try and select settings it comes up that the disc cant be read

And into the apps folder?

Yea the stuff in the apps go in to the app folder, the other files go to the root. The other link was bad... here is the download link http://filetrip.net/f5416-cBoot2.html

I'm not sure how to use cboot2 because I haven't been in a problem like yours, but I think that you take your cIOSx Rev19 boot.dol|elf and rename it to boot.dol/elf and put it into the root of the SD and then run it via cboot2.

What about the sourcecode folder? Does that go in the apps or the root of the sd also?
Or should I just re-mod my wii and start a-fresh?

If you can, uninstall darkcorp and then start fresh with the guide on this site.

Right thats what I'll do - uninstall, make my wii a virgin and re-mod. Will do it tomorrow, though - its 3:30am here and I'm knackered. I will let you know how it goes and thank you VERY much for putting up with me - you've been a star.

Last time I virginised my wii, I followed the guide on the site to update my wii to 4.2 and that removed all the softmods. Have searched this site for a tutorial on how to do it but couldnt find one...have found one on another site but wanted to find out if this is correct. Or should I just do the complete softmod guide, including the updating part...even though I am on 4.2?

Don't update your Wii. System Menu 4.3 is out and I don't recommend you update.

Follow this guide here: http://www.pothsprojects.com/viewtopic.php?f=135&t=991

When I try to uninstall darkcorp I get error message

Exception -1029
Error! ES_identify
Press A to reboot the wii and relaunch the installer

Yea, darkcorp / cioscorp is really hard to uninstall.

Okay before I tell you how to uninstall it, do you have Priiloader working 100%?
