Hacking Problems after change 2gb to 4gb micro sd

hello guys, I Just buy a new micro sd card with 4gb, and simple backup my old 2gb card and transfer to the new 4gb card.

And it's strange because some games, an Example is FINAL FANTASY III! Got a black screen after the square enix logo! I read it's some problem with FAT or FAT32 and cluster allocation size! can someone help me solve this???

Maybe your rom somehow corrupted? Is this an original r4DS or a clone. If it is the original it will not support SDHC (over 2GB), so your 4GB will not work.
Also check it is in FAT32 file format.
