Alright, so...
After recently Homebrewing my old Wii, I installed WiiFlow. Unfortunately, WiiFlow couldn't recognize my USB Stick. I used another one but the same nothing happened. I tried using USB Loader GX but it would get stuck on "Initializing USB device" and I reinstalled IOS 249 and 250 but nothing changed.

I would assume I'm missing something so I did a System Check (It's in french but it should still be understandable):

sysCheck v2.1.0b19 par Double_A et R2-D2199, Nano

i have two things to ask:
1: Is your Thumb Drive working fine?
2: Have you tried running USB Loader with your Thumb Drive in both USB ports?

1: Yes. I'm using a Toshiba TransMemory 8GB which works fine with my computer. According to the USB Devices Compatibility List, my Thumb Drive should be compatible.
2: I tried with both ports but it didn't change anything.

Well, I've had this problem once. TO simply put it, your Wii won't be able to read your Thumb Drive. That's the problem with mine.
