Homebrew Problem with Decrypt9

When I launch decryp9 from HBL (Sysnand), a red screen appears, then a black, then a red and it returns to the HBL.

I can launch Decrypt9 with an A9LH payload, but i wanna launch it from HBL

Decrypt9 is broken for homebrew. The only things working are launcher.dat and a9lh payloads.
edit: if you for some reason really want to boot decrypt9 in homebrew, use an older build.

there is always Brahma II, it can run the a9lh decrypt9 payload without a9lh installed
that is what my brother does

it is when you downgrade from a newer firmware and an error occurs while downgrading. the 3ds downgraded some titles, but not all, so you are on a partial downgrade.

I did that and my EmuNand bricked but I restored it. How can I recover?

maybe you used the wrong downgrade files, or the files were corrupted. Or it just could have been an unlucky accident
