Hacking problem with card HELP!

I got a dstt, it works fine but I need to put the memory card in & out then put tape to hold in just rightin order to work.
And sometimes even that won't do the trick, my kids basically has to feel lucky that day in order to play cause sometimes it takes about 12 tries til we get it.
Does anyone have that problem.

It seems as if your spring is broken. You'll have to exchange it or find some why to open it and disable the spring (I dont know how to do that).

Sounds like you got a bad TT. Try exchanging it. The srpings on the TT are generally pretty good too. When I read this, I found it a little surprising.
