Hacking Problem w/ mongoose web server

I'm trying to host my own wii-u files, but I'm having issues with mongoose. whenever it tries to access the webpage, I get a 400 bad http request error. does anyone know how to fix this problem? thanks!

I had vita update blocker open which was using the same port and ip.
