Hardware Problem update, cant' access anything now...

My wii was on 3.3E.
The other i wanted to play madworld: you have to install update to play...
Note: The game is european version

After 8hours the update is not yet finish..

it blocked at around 99% for a long long time.
So I had no choice thatn to turn off the wii, now I can't access the data, setup menu, and I can't acces anything aside form the wii menu...

Should my wii rip or someone has a solution?

Weird my Wii is 3.2E and madworld plays fine.

Since the wii update didnt work: what are the solutions to go back to the previous version?
If the wii is brick or semi brick, what can i do?
