Hacking [Problem] GC Controller Latency

Hi guys,
I'm new to Wii modding and I successfully installed bootmii + Homebrew channel with USB Loader GC, Nintendont and a few games. My problem is that when I play with friends we have GameCube Controller Latency like ~150-200ms
I followed the tutorials on : https://sites.google.com/site/completesg/
So I wonder what can I do to fix that?

What kind of controller is it, third or first party?

Both, I have 2 GC Controller which are "original" and 2 that we bought from a store and we think they are not "original".
