ROM Hack (Problem) Dragon Ball Fusions Uncesored Update EUR

I did this. But when i go to open the game i still see the message telling me than i have to update. I ignore it i press A and i play with 0 problems. I have all update stuff i have the 2.2 screen the zikan stuff and everything but i want know how i can fix it for the 3DS dont tell me than i have to update again if i can fix it.
Please help me someone.
