Hardware Problem after M92T36 and USB port change

Hello everybody,
I try to fix another Nintendo switch which i shopped there is a while.
Its problem was that it take charge just at one side.
When i try to find shorts i found one on the component in red circle.
After removing the capacitor the short is still here.
I changed the M92T36 and the USB port and i still have the same problem (just charge on one side of the USB charger).
Here is the link of my photo with the faulty capacitor:

I dont really know how to solve my problem.
Have you ideas about my problem please?

That cap is tied to cpu - There are a few dirty repairs you can try. Short killer and or removing cpu caps on back.

Hello guys,
Thanks for your anwers.
I will take a look on P13USB when i will have more time and around capacitors on the other side of the CPU.
Can i eventually take a look on MAX IC or it is not the same power line?
