Hacking Problem after EMUNAND restoration

Hey guys, having a real weird problem, hoping someone can help as I can't find ANY help so far

I followed a guide on GBA Temp to make my NNID work again on my EMUNAND by system formatting the emuNAND and backing it up and it worked...except it deleted ALL of my cias installed. When I try to go back into FBI to install them I get a DESCRIPTION_INVALID_SIGNATURE error for literally everything. I looked up the error and on GBA Temp it says that error is because the 3ds doesn't think it's using CFW or on EMUNAND?!

System Settings says im on the Reinand 10.3 so i'm just totally lost. Any clue? Or is my best bet to "erase" this emunand and start over...is there a guide to that?

I got this error too... just restore your nand then format emunand and install rxtools or something else. Then unlink your nands (just format your sysnand without the SD card inserted)
Access your emunand and you are done
