Hacking Private header form any game?

Hey!

I have just a short question.
Because the thread is already a bit old I thought I'll just ask you something in this thread quickly.

Can I get my private header for using Multiplayer with Sky3DS+ from any gamecard or do I need like a Multiplayer one?
If it would work I would not have to buy Smash bros or somethin like that, Art Acadamy for 3 Bucks should do, right?

Any physical game has headers

(And they're currently enough, even after hacking them for different rom sizes and manufacturers, to not get banned!)
