Priiloader: System Menu version invalid or not vanilla (v65535 / 0xFFFF)

Just got a Wii off eBay and followed ModMii to homebrew it. Everything was fne until I tried to install Priiloader. I'm now getting an error message saying: "System Menu version invalid or not vanilla (v65535 / 0xFFFF)". Does anyone know what this means and how I can fix it?

Your modmii guide tells you exactly what to do if you get this error

If you have a system menu wad already as part of your custom guide, it will tell you to proceed to install wads first before returning to the install priiloader step, otherwise it will tell you how to run modmii again

Edit2: this error is because you must have a custom system menu installed. Drag and drop your syscheck.csv onto modmii.exe and it will tell you what to do
