Yes you can install both. I had a post 2008 Wii and had both installed often using priiloader to boot into other apps on startup. I'm not sure how the vWii works on the Wii U but I imagine it's the same.

I think you can install bootmii as an IOS and install priloader.(If you want both).

Unfortunately, it's not the same. Modifying vWii System Menu in any way will brick your wiimode. And there is not a vWii version of Bootmii.

    @K3Nv3, If I'm transferring stuff to my 3DS, I go with the old fashioned SD card adapter method. OG Xbox on the other hand, often use FTP with a CAT5 ethernet cable hooked up to my PC.
