i thought i bricked, but i just needed to know the reset button option to get my wii working again the only brick is NTSC and NTSC/J other than that i think its fine to install

that's not completly correct, 'only' the systemmenu is unable to load, you can still load the HBC and fix it. So that doesn't really count as a brick.
A brick means that you can't do anything anymore.

so its realy a semi brick that loads hbc insted of sysmenu but can b fixed my reinstalling 3.2u????

Has anyone ever noticed at any point, their HBC had become broke?
I have once.....it just would never load, i had to reinstall beta 8...
imagine a case similar to that......oh shit

fors said the ios or cios has 2 parts wann has the front end and he was working on the back end or somting to that effect (mybe mixed up on whos doing what) so my guess would to be finding a way to match up the 2 programs

Hi,

I forgot to install starfall on my Wii before installing this. Can someone send/pm me a link to a 3.2e system wad please.

From what I understand, this would then overwrite preloader, enabling me to re install starfall and then re install preloader, correct?

Just so everyone knows, this program has been much further developed since 0.1 was "released." It now works on all system menus and does all the things it's supposed to do. They're just testing and retesting it now to make sure it doesn't brick.

If thats the case, what program doesn't use a IOS, you are talking about the DOL autoboot right?

Well why would that feature be included in the preloader if it wasn't meant to work? Or would that fall under chipped consoles only to be able to use it? I am not sure how much of an impact a modchip really has on the system when it comes to that.. but I was thinking that it had intentions of being a functioning feature, right!?

So SanGor, seems like you have a larger scoop on the intel. Will this be able to autoload the menuloader by Waninoko or not? I think I am asking from alot of us. Because this would be a very nice feature indeed to have running with this project.

Take it easy on me if this is old news.

Listen up everyone i finally have figured this damn preloader out, and how to get it to do what its a post to, Like autobooting the HBC and System menu, and autobooting dols.

once you have it installed go into settings here it says autoboot dol and press LEFT to RIGHT it has different options i didn't know about like autoboot the system menu or autoboot the HBC also i tried installing a SMS emu dol and it worked autoboots it great

Now i've got it setup to autoboot the system menu so when i turn on my wii it will load stright to the system menu, not the preloader menu, and if i hold reset when turning on your wii it will load straight to the Homebrew channel\Preloader menu, which is awesome I didn't know it had these options anyways this is 100% better than starfall if you set it up like this.

Also for those wondering I (HAD) a NSTC wii, yep i got it working everything, you may not like my method of getting it to work, but i'll tell ya how to do it, If your already 3.2 its easy if not get there

Anyways once your on 3.2u just install the PAL 3.2 system menu wad, I know (but i'll semi brick) false not if you follow these next steps, next use the program anyregion changer no wifi needed, and change and only change your Console area setting to PAL, doing that you wont get the Opera error screen in the wii settings and you can still play your NSTC Wii games like always now just re-install starfall and next install preloader, thats exactly how i done it.

And also if you setup preloader to autoboot the system menu, If you set it up like that, it will now power off when you hit the power off button unlike it did before,
I can't even tell preloader is on my wii, until i hit reset, which from there i can boot HBC or my installed DOL which i got working, Hell i don't even need the TP hack any more to unbrick from a banner brick, but i'll still leave on my wii for safe keepin
