Just started Preloader and saw an update message (yes, the automatic update function still works!), even though I thought Crediar stopped development on Preloader. See: http://www.wiibrew.org/wiki/Preloader.

Changelog:
-added SDHC support
-added a new option to the "return to" setting: "return to: autoboot"
-changed FAT code to only mount/read from SD
-fixed a bug where enabled autoboot overwrote the "return to preloader" setting
-removed netcode, online update check, online update code
-The installer now get the IOS version the System menu uses from its TMD and if the version is 60 or higher applies the ES_DIVerify patch

Don't know if the April's fools joke is deleted or the stop the disc spinning is fixed....

UPDATE: All changes are reverted back by Crediar himself on the WiiBrew page (the original update on the WiiBrew page was by TJ Cool). See also the history page.

Huh, the updater tells me IOS 60 has the fakesign bug and something else (screen cuts off the message), and I can't update. I'm pretty sure my IOS 60 was not fakesigned. :s

Is it possible to change SysIOS to 254 and then update and change back to 60?

You can edit the system menu tmd with fstoolbox

Navigate to title/00000001/00000002/content/
Select title.tmd and press 2 to change the IOS

Be careful, though
