PPSP fails to launch game 2168-0002 (0x4a8)

Noob here, I got stuck on step 3:
"1. Enter RCM on your Switch
2. Push the Hekate payload to your Switch
3. Tap ‘Launch > CFW (sysMMC)’"

When I launch "CFW (sysMMC)" I get an error screen:
"Error Code: 2168-0001 (0x2a8)
Program: 420000000007E51A
Firmware: 13.1.0 (Atmosphère 1.2.5-master-1019bc54e)"

If I remove /atmosphere/contents/420000000007E51A it seems to launch fine. Is it ok to remove "420000000007E51A"? Also, I installed PPSP and when I try to launch a game (Moto GP), I get a similar error:
"Error Code: 2168-0002 (0x4a8)
Program: 010000000000100D
Firmware: 13.1.0 (Atmosphère 1.2.5-master-1019bc54e)"

I tried removing /atmosphere/contents/010000000000100D but that doesn't fix the error when launching games in PPSP.

Any ideas?

if you don't want to use overlays, then you don't need it.

Also, I installed PPSP and when I try to launch a game (Moto GP), I get a similar error:
"Error Code: 2168-0002 (0x4a8)
Program: 010000000000100D

This is because you are running hbmenu in applet mode (you have big red dot in hbmenu when you are in applet mode)
While pressing R run any game from home menu (that doesn't throw popup about update). You will run hbmenu in Full RAM mode (no big red dot)

I tried removing /atmosphere/contents/010000000000100D but that doesn't fix the error when launching games in PPSP.

Dunno what you had there since I don't know any homebrew using this titleid.
Showed titleid not always means issue lays there, so deleting is not always a solution.

You cant run edizon in full ram mode but i get the 010000000D error trying to find a cheat.
