Hardware Power button does not work right away on switch

My switch power button doesn't open the switch right away, I have to press the button more than once or hold the button down buret when it comes to turning off the switch the power button works perfectly and opening it from sleep mode also works.

this might not be the right section to ask this but is it possible using rcm more than once caused a issue like this.

From what I see most of the time I have to hold my power button for 15 seconds then press it again to open my switch and when I power off sometimes my joy cons stay open till I hold my switch power button for about 15 seconds.

same here has done since the beginning but can be inconsistent and open instantly some times

Mostly normal if autorcm is installed.
If you power off the system, it will restart on its own after a few seconds and be stuck in rcm until you hold power for 15 seconds
