For those that never played hack/nethack etc (which have DS ports) they are games a bit like diablo.

Personally this is up there with moonshell, comic bookDS, meteora in terms of great homebrew.

Diablo is a lot like hack/nethack. It is not the other way round.

Btw Fast6191 , powder is great gba homebrew, on the ds, nethack is better, but it lack a more decent interface, currently the tiny font gives me headaches...

I feel odd about the Diablo comparison as well but given a good chunk of the people reading may have only just played diablo (hack/nethack were '85 and '87 if wikipedia is to be believed).

.hack is a manga/anime but i think hack/nethack is a 'rougue' like game
