Hacking POWDER 102 + N-Card problems?

Lately I've been noticing saves disappearing from my N-Card, and the only file I'd added recently was the new version of POWDER. After checking it out a bit further, it seemed that if I played a game, booted up POWDER 102, then went back to that game later the save would be gone. I'd check with other games I hadn't played in a while, and their saves were intact until I played POWDER again, and while the N-Card still counted the proper last save time, the save was empty.

I don't want to blame POWDER, but I've never had any real problems before and no other homebrew gives me this problem. Anyone have similar experiences?

EDIT: Never mind blaming POWDER, my saves are just going away by themselves now. I'm just gonna see if formatting helps. If not, well, I've been looking for an excuse to replace my N-Card for a while now.
