I want a Final Fantasy (moogle with cloud) PostLoader png......... Really this would be uber sweet to see![]()
Ok, sorry PLEASE!!!!! I really love Final Fantasy not to mention I named my son after one of the main character...............I already did that 2 weeks ago, but nobody made a request. There is a link in my signature.@Everybody: If you want icons for any homebrew apps, I'll take requests even if you aren't a developer. Just tell me the name of the app and give me a basic description of what you want it to look like (font color for example).
just a suggestion, maybe you can start a new thread about it?![]()
It would be amazing if Postloader can switch NANDS on the fly when you select a game to work on a specific NAND.
Weird, there's a problem on cDI when you use it on Japanese NAND or Korean NAND, it hangs up on loading disc. If you gone through System Menu, you will see the disc is spinning infinite and hang. Redoing the method by deleting diconfig.bin and selecting the game in System Menu and game boot with no problems, it seems that only Postloader is causing the problem.

I still want a request in the proper thread, lol. I don't know anything about FF (not a fan of picking an action through a menu) so you will have to give me a better idea of what you want (preferably a transparent PNG). I've never created an icon that didn't represent the function of the app. I'll upload a few examples in my thread.I want a Final Fantasy (moogle with cloud) PostLoader png......... I still remember "Mog" as they used to call him in FF3 he was the Yeiti's friend. So do you get the gold hairpin or save the moogle and get Yeiti hm.... Such hard decisions LoL

Ok so I'm going to attempt to use the uneek+di feature later tonight and I just need a quick rundown on how it works or how to get it started. I also plan using obcd's IOS253 and WAD install to try with it.
So I need to have uneek+di fully setup on my sd card; now the main question is which version of PL3 needs to be installed to the emu-nand? is it the neekbooter; postloader; or priiloader.dol? How do you keep from going to the nand portion if when you press 1 it takes you between channels and homebrew screeens?
This will be helpful to me later; thanks in advance.

Hi Kylster,
I got this working yesterday... assuming you have a working UNEEK-DI setup (inc. at least one game in your USB 'games' folder) then all you need is a NAND extract on the root of your USB drive which has priiloader installed (or install it now). Boot into your NEEK environment and hold reset on startup to get into your NEEK's prilloader. In here just install the neekbooter.dol file and set it to auto-run on startup (and change 'return to' to autoboot instead of system menu should you want to go back into pl3 when you exit a game). Both neekbooter.dol and postloader.dol must be on your SD card root for this to work. I also have a pl3 boot.dol in my postloader apps folder but it's not necessary I don't think - this is more so I can also run pl3 form my 'normal' NAND under a cIOS should I want to.
With this setup on booting into NEEK you will go straight into pl3 instead of the system menu and are able to use the '1' button to cycle between THREE screens - homebrew, channels and the Disc-Ex game rips available in your 'games' folder.
It's absolutely marvellous - I'm never going to bother with any of these other channel loaders like triiforce, mighty channels etc ever again now that pl3 has total compatibility y running under NEEK. (Actually I tell a lie - I've kept Mighty Channels as it's a quick way to copy sysconf and miis from real NAND to emu NAND but that's all I'll ever use it for...).

I made an Uneek+DI setup in my sd card i have these files@kylster:
ios253 is simply a modified ios 254 loading the neek armboot.bin from the sd:/bootsnk folder instead of the sd:/bootmii folder.
If you have the normal neek setup (neek armboot.bin in bootmii folder), are you able to launch uneek by selecting
"run bootmii" from the homebrew channel? (You will need to remove the sd card when you start your wii)
How did you install ios253 on your real nand?
Uneek+DI boots up fine with nand folders in root of usb.
Well this is my setup on my sd; and I installed IOS253 from your obcd.wad

Im launching from PostLoader as a homebrew app; I take it this is wrong? It's the same homebrew app that came with your obcd.wad and other files zipped.Uneek+DI boots up fine with nand folders in root of usb.

Are you using the hbc "launch bootmii" or do you let it boot from bootmii as boot2?
The only thing needed in the bootsnk (bootmii) folder for uneek+di is armboot.bin.
How do you launch ios253?
