It would be nice if there were a simple homebrew app that would initiate a system restart and then I could just cancel the booting of sneek at the beginning of postloader. Would that work?

As for switching to real nand...I can't think of a one-click solution, but if you run wiixplorer under emu-nand, rename the bootmii folder and restart the wii, it'll boot in the real nand. The same process but in reverse (rename it back to bootmii, then restart) should get you back in the emu-nand.
Ever tried running Riivolution under *neek?

No, and I don't see where you're getting at, tueidj. I thought that riivolution required clean, untouched IOS'es to work, which automatically rules out neek shenanigans (sneekanigans?).

Games only will not load on uneek (USB). Using neekbooter. They work fine from real nand. I should of been testing on with uneek so I don't know when this started happening.

Also Nintendo/Super Nintendo/Sega Genesis/Sega Master System games just show black screen, I can hear the sound but can't see the picture. If I switch out my component cables to video, I can see the screen just fine. I think it's the same problem GartimusPrime was having.

Erm...how are you going to run games on uneek in the first place (I assume you mean wii games here)?

I used to use crap in the far past to create game channels that would launch games with a specific cIOS and other settings. However, on uneek, the game should use its normal IOS. And the fact that games are stored in yet another format (discex vs .wbfs or the wbfs partitioning) probably has an influence as well. And though I know that crap has moved on as well (it's called wiigsc now), I haven't read anything on it supporting anything sneek-related. The same for Universal Forwarder Creator.

I'd gladly hear if I'm missing on things, but until I do I won't be trying to add wii game loading to the list of things postloader can do.

Hi,

I don't know if it's an already said issue:

With hide app function and apps custom sorted
The "Hide tag" image is on the right app but it's the following app that is hidden.

Anyway Postloader is a great app!

I can confirm that Crap Channels or wiigsc channels do not work with postloader.....I wanted to create short cuts to the games to make it easier for my kids but when I try to load a Wiigsc channel postloader just stackdumps. The channels are confirmed working from wii menu and from wiiflow.

Sorry, by "games" I mean Virtual Console/Wiiware. I'm having trouble launching them from uneek. I can get to postloader just fine but if I launch any vc/ww game my hard drive freezes and then black screen.

I've noticed my hard drive will not initialize when I load postloader on uneek (just SD). If I boot up normally I have access to both SD and USB.

Is this normal or do I need to move some things around. Everything is on my SD card except wii games and vc/ww. Partitioned ntfs/fat32 (respectively).

On another note, How do I get rid of the haze in themes? When an screen is selected the color becomes fuller, while all other screens have this fuzzy haze to them. I want to get rid of that haze.

So I am stupid and get excited about pointless things.....but I am gonna share anyway. I was able to use CRAP to make forwarder channels for all my wii games, they use very little space so I deleted all my unneeded channels and installed all the forwarders to my actual wii. Postloader would not load them...BUT then I found UniversalForwarderCreator and was able to make a .dol forwarder to load the crap forwarder which in turn loads the game from the hard drive. The load time is slow but my kids love it cause its all right there in postLoader. I even made icons for all the games and made a folder in PL specifically for the wii games.....dumb?.....maybe but when I come across something I can't get to work and do what I can to solve the problem.

I am using version b20 but can't create a configuration file onto my USB drive, it only has "Create on SD and start postLoader", how can I create one onto my USB drive? thanks

Defiant, can you explain better ?

Under uneek usb access to usb is disabled. Also nand emulation doesn't work (may be I'm wrong on this... i've only tried with cios r14 under neek and doesn't worked, so under neek emulation is disabled).

@GartimusPrime, tomorrow I will check for "U" channels problems.

With console and gui I mean... gui = the graphic interface... conosle = text channels only. When you run a channel, postloader switch in console mode and only text messages are displayed.

@bnm81002

If your device is working with other apps, maybe you doesn't have a FAT32 primary active partition.

it was working fine before version b20 but neither through HBC or FIX94's channel works at all

I hope it was the r16, the last that usally works uder ios249...

EDIT: You run it under priiloader or just using hbc or the forwarder ?

not a big deal anymore stfour I would work on other things that are more important...like I said i got it to work, just a different way, and that way is absolutely fine with me! I love that I don't ever have to leave postLoader for anything!

Um...Let's see...I've noticed that if the pointer cursor is not over a channel in postloader, the colors seem dull. It's not until I move the cursor over a channel that when it pops out, the colors seem to brighten. Black especially is noticeable. It's looks slightly grey with no pointer but then black looks black with pointer pointing a channel.

I'm still having trouble with my component cables (Red,Blue,Green-Red,White) not working with Nintendo/Super Nintendo/Sega Genesis/Sega Master System. Arcade/Turbografx16/Nintendo64 are working. If I switch to my default video (Yellow-Red,White) then I can get my pictures to show. This wasn't a problem in builds prior to you theme addition I think. Changing any video related settings has no effect. I beginning to think my wii is "special". I have a modded wii with drive key(old version) Would that effect anything of importance?
