Its probably failing to resolve.
Try this one: It has some print statements to determine where its failing.

A couple questions though. Is this pointing to another pointer that you want to add the offset to, or is this a pointer plus offset to another pointer?
should be the first one.
with that new one it just says "complex resolved [[1057C7E8] + 778] 1st run!"

Don't spend a lot of time building a cheat engine. Uwizard Gecko is almost done! I figured out the sticky part which was communicating with the Wii U. The rest is easy GUI stuff which should be done somewhere between tonight and tomorrow night.
So a new Uwizard version is coming soon? :)

What is UWizard Gecko and what can an end user do with it? I heard about UWizard before, but not sure what it is or does...

Yes, version 1.2.0! I'm also working on a google site for Uwizard, since wiiubrew.net seems to be gone forever. :( (However, I won't wait to finish the site before I release version 1.2.0.)

Uwizard is a program I made that I hope will one day be able to do all Wii U-related tasks. Uwizard Gecko is a tab in Uwizard that will be a fully functional version of TCP gecko.NET including GCT codes, and a pointer searcher.

How much of the searching work are you offloading to the Wii U? I've done some playing around with the PyGecko codehandler and found that offloading the searching really increases speed since your sending less traffic across the network.

Sounds cool! Does it need internet connectivity to work, or can it be used offline also?

For the upcoming version, I am not modifying pygecko. However, I hope to make a special version of pygecko just for Uwizard eventually. If you know of a way to do some searching on the Wii U, please tell me. Now is the perfect time. I haven't written the search box code yet.

I've written some specific RPC commands that help me search, but I'm not comfortable releasing it in its current form. It crashes my Wii U about every other 3rd search.

Is this something that would be run from an SD card in the wii u or something?
No. Uwizard is a PC program. In online mode, it will interface with PyGecko to interact with the Wii U. In offline mode, it will allow you to search through Wii U dumps already saved on your PC instead of dumping the current Wii U memory.

Player 1 position modifier for MK8 NTSC-U v4.0:

[0x4443BB4C] + 0x5020 = Player 1 X position.
[0x4443BB4C] + 0x5024 = Player 1 Y position.
[0x4443BB4C] + 0x5028 = Player 1 Z position.

Position values in float numbers. (Remember, Y is the vertical axis.)
Yay, you've found it :D
there should be 3 or 4 floats of 3f800000 in this area. the first one the player 1's gravity ;)

@CosmoCortney Those Cactus and cow modifiers are working on ntsc as well xP <3
I didn't expect this o.O
Thank you for testing and telling this :)

@Mr. Mysterio the position and gravity modifiers are now regionfree too!
Just wanted to post my results and noticed the address + pointer match lol

hadn't had to spent so much time re-hacking them..

The unicode characters that are able to be displayed are few and far in between. I couldn't find any logical pattern of use. Cool to be able to use other characters though. :)

Seems like you could "level up an Amiibo" without actually having one connected by using the Player Type = 03. It resets to Lv.1 each time it comes back to the player selection screen though. :\ That means it must be a pointer?

@Mr. Mysterio @BullyWiiPlaza
Awesome that the latest patch makes a lot of codes region free. Thank you Nintendow :rofl2:

The speed codes for MK8 seem to be regionfree too and work with 4.0 and 4.1
What about the credits? :D
Bully has found one for 4.1 as you can see in his video, Mr. Mysterio has found the one for 4.0 ntsc-u that should work on 4.1 and works on pal systems too. I have found it myself and for 2.0
