Hacking Post Your NAND Hard Mod!

I hope this this the correct place to post this.

Anyway I'm going to be doing some NAND hard mods on some 3DS systems soon and I wanted some input on the best port location, connector and most attractive interface for this kind of mod.

I've seen the one for the XL that uses one of the wrist strap locations and replaces it with a micro USB and I think that looks really slick.

I want to pick your brains on what your setup is like so I can pick one for the mods I do.
