Gaming Possible to trade yourself with one DS???

Since offering a pokemon on GTS pretty much stores the offered pokemon on the Wifi server, do you think it's possible to just load up another pokemon version and trade with yourself using the GTS feature on one DS (Assuming no one came and took your pokemon)?

If you want to do that, do it soon since there are less people on right now (still depends on the pokemon you're trying to trade though).
