I just want to sign an ipa on a windows machine without all the developer shit. How would I do that? I want it simple like drag and drop. (also if you know how to sign ipa files and are willing to sign one for me please pm me)

You actually can sign IPA files and install them to your iDevice through Windows using a program called Cydia Impactor. It has a very simple UI and supports drag-and-drop functionality.

The only downside is that you can only use the app you signed and installed for 7 days before you have to re-sign and re-install the IPA file. That limit is applied to all Apple IDs that do not have a Developer or Enterprise subscription.
