Hacking Possible to downgrade 10.3.0-28E on N3DSXL?

Yes, it is possible. No, downgrading can never be considered "safe", though the possibility of bricking it is a lot lower if you can follow instructions and use the correct files.

its not 100% safe. but you have a better chance at succeeding than bricking if you use safe sysupdater found in the homebrew section here. it prevents user error (wrong files and such).

I just did one yesterday. 9.6 N3DSXL just unboxed, updated to 10.3 with Julians20 sysupdater and then downgraded to 9.2 using safesysupdater. Everything working fine. Just had to re-downgrade four titles (expected behaviour). It has a 10.5.0-30 emunand now.
