Homebrew Possible for skype to be on dsi?

I love my ds and I was thinking, camera + microphone = video chat.
is there any skype homebrew app or something similar?

Im talking about video chat, not voice to ip.

Skype is not possible and is not likely to be possible on any device not officially supported by Skype. This is because the Skype protocol is an SSL-encrypted proprietary protocol.

Hackers yould have to unlock DSi Mode to be able to use the camera. Right now carts can only make use of the DS Lite features the DSi has.

we can hack the dsi and make a new homebrew using the dsi's camera to chat.
but the other person must have the same hacked dsi and the homebrew. its possible but not yet

Im going to say not yet and if it is, It wouldnt be skype, but you already knew that. Video chat would be really really laggy im guessing. Maybe not even worth it. But its an interesting idea.

Hey maybe we'll have holigraphic voice chat on the 3DS.
