Don't brick everyone. I have no idea what order it installs the CIAs in even. Could be NATIVE_FIRM first just like the old version of the sysUpdater for 9.3-10.3.

Obviously you don't because it's asking for the 3ds header file, which should come with DevkitPRO. What operating system are you using?
Windows, with the automated installer. I had it set up to do Wii U compilations, but my environmentals have ctrulib and devkitARM entries.

Hm, when was the last time you used the automated installer? Worst come to worst just run the installer again and select all the options. Either way, this is off topic. Start a new thread if you continue having problems.
