I was reading GBA boards and I was reading "What are you playing on your GBA?"- topic. When I reached to page 14, my browser says there is possibly virus...
Is there something wrong or is my browser stupid?

no your browser is not stupid.

as i stated it's Bluestainedroses' ava which is hoster @ forum.naruto-rendan.com

which when i tried to visit shows me:
forum.naruto-rendan.fr contains content from s14d.co.cc, a site known to distribute malware. Your computer might catch a virus if you visit this site.

but it's safe to visit page 14. no virus there.

I just want to explain the problem

This wouldn't be the first time someones sig/avatar set off a virus warning.
Most likely it's an image hosted on a compromised server that has been injected with something that tries to execute code.

Using NoScript's whitelisting feature for sites you visit will help avoid this.
For example, there should be little to no reason to whitelist a site that is just hosting images. I have Photobucket allowed but even without it the site works fine, just no access to 'quick links' when I hover over an image.
