how can i port a game on 3ds?
Well. You would have to have the source code. Then setup the 3DS developer environment. Then get working!
A good 80% of your messages are you asking things that barely deserve threads. At this point, just make a thread like TheGreek Boy Asks and you just ask these questions in there.
Anyway, as said, you need the source code, SDK and setup for a CTR dev environment. It's nothing easy to do illegally, even if you find the SDK.

Then convert those functions to the ones in ctrulib examples like CTR does not have a keyboard so anything with a input you'd have to make a keyboard class. As for controls clearly there is no AWSD so you would have to do something like \
(Key_A) && Pressed
move character some way
That syntax is pry wrong as fuck since I do not know how to code c++ my self. It's just an idea
